Refund policy
Love it, or send it back - it's that easy. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear.
Product Condition
- Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date,
- Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached, and must be in perfect resale condition,
- Unworn items must be returned in original RAAD’SWIM bag.
Conditions of Refunds and Exchanges
- Sale items are final sale are not eligible for return.
- Sale also items include items purchased with a discount, and are not eligible for return.
- Items eligible for refunds or exchanges must meet the product conditions above.
- Return shipping is at customer expense.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To start a return or refund, you can contact us at raadswimwear@gmail.com. We will provide the address to which returns are sent.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Process
We understand that the fit or style might not always be perfect (although we try!). We will happily exchange your order for your piece.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs of eligible exchange items back to us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will ensure to make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
