Shipping policy

All orders are shipped safely with Australia Post from Sydney, NSW.

Tracking numbers are sent via email after the order has been fulfilled. Please provide a safe and secure address. If you're not at home, the courier might leave the parcel at the provided address.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time - noting that we may have additional delays during sale periods or public holidays.

Rates and Details

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please check all shipping details are correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to change an address before you have received a tracking number. Once you have received the tracking number, we can't make any changes to your order.

Pre-Orders

If you purchased an item labelled as "Pre-Order", it is currently not in stock, but stock will be arriving soon. We will process and send it to you as soon as we receive the stock. We usually make it very clear if an item is on "Pre-Order". "Pre-Order" arrival dates are an estimate and not an exact date.

We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates, and all dates are estimates.

Customers will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing their order. Please double-check any spam folders if you didn't receive an email confirmation. 

We cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that received delivery confirmation to the address provided. The delivery confirmation is provided by the shipping carrier or courier. The customer accepts full responsibility for filing any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

You are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address. In the rare event that a package is returned or rejected, you will be contacted and required to pay for re-shipment postage.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping! Shipments outside of Australia take anywhere from 1-5 days via express and 2 to 4 weeks for standard delivery.

Please be aware: International orders may be subject to VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance or other charges required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees and cannot give you an estimate of the costs. Charges vary around the world.

Please ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing (importing) your package through customs into your country. 

Customs or Couriers may return an order to us for various reasons, including non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, you'll be contacted and required to pay for re-shipment postage.
